Ship a task
Keep the conversation, branch, changed files and pull request together from the first prompt to the final review.
Take a task to pull request
Start with one bounded change. Press ⌘N, choose the project and describe the outcome. Bloom creates an isolated workspace, starts the agent and keeps the conversation, changed files and pull request in one window.
Try this
Add an empty state to the invoices page. Match the existing settings screens, include a focused test and do not change the current filters.
- Let the agent work while you keep using the main checkout.
- Read the response, then inspect every changed file in the right pane.
- Comment on a line and send all review notes back in one message.
- Ask the agent to open a pull request when the result is ready.
Opening a pull request
Ask the agent to open the pull request and it writes the description from a prompt template you can rewrite in Settings. Bloom reads the check runs as they come back and shows them in the window. Merging takes one more confirmation, deliberately.
This needs gh installed and authenticated. Without it everything
else in Bloom works and the pull request features are simply absent.
