Support
Bloom is made by a small team, and the same people who wrote it answer the mail. Write to us and a person reads it.
Email us
Send anything you need help with to [email protected]. Bugs, questions, things that do not behave the way the site said they would, and features you wish existed all go to the same place.
What to put in the mail
The more of this you can tell us, the shorter the conversation gets.
- Your macOS version, and the Bloom version from the About window
- Which agent you were running: Claude Code or Codex
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
Before you write
A fair number of questions are already answered on the home page: what a git worktree is, what happens when two agents change the same file, what running several agents costs, and what a worktree does not bring along with it.
Bloom is free but it is not open source, so there is no public issue tracker to file against. Mail is the way in.
Problems inside an agent
Bloom runs the agent CLI you already have installed. When the agent itself is the problem, a model refusing a task, a plan it will not follow, a sign in or a billing question, that belongs to whoever makes the agent. We cannot fix or explain it from here. When the problem is Bloom's handling of the agent, the terminal, the worktree, the diff or the pull request, that one is ours.
